In line with the advent of the year of the rooster, the Townhouse Gallery will be hosting an art exhibition by the MataHati artists, which includes Bayu Utomo and Ahmad Fuad Osman. The artists were all born in 1969-the year of the rooster-so their theme is of their own choice. They will be working on different mediums, from drawings to paintings and printmaking.

Abdullah Ariff was one of the first Western influenced Malay artist who contributed much extraordinary illustrations and views in the development of Malaysia.
