MALAYSIA OPEN 2005

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES :

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING ;

- a completed entry form and relevant biodata including background on exhibitions and education
- a photocopy of artist’s identity card
- Each entrant is required to submit three (3 ) proposals in CD / floppy disk format (high resolution digital picture – jpeg/acrobat)of their most resent artwork.
Artwork must be of high quality and has not been exhibited publicly. Each artwork should be accompanied with an artist’s statement in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Submission in digital format must enclose description or explanation of their entry and needs of the system or handling format.
Video submission ( VHS only ) must enclose explanation for entry and labeled clearly. Running time shall not be more than 5 minutes.
- Proof of postage is not proof of acceptance

RULES & REGULATION:

ALL ENTRIEST FOR PRELIMINARY SELECTION WILL NOT BE RETURNED
- The organizer will undertake preliminary judging accordingly without prejudice
- The organizer, National Art Gallery will hold the right to reproduce any artwork deem suitable by the organizer for publicity purposes, catalogue printing and related publicity materials
- The organizer has the right to extend the exhibition without further notice to participants
- Submission of entries signifies acceptance of the rules and regulations stated above.
